At Affinity Bag Co., we offer you the option to customize the bags we have in stock, or for larger projects we are able to create a bag that will suit your product to-the-tee! Request your free quote now!

2. Fill out the quote form and submit
3. Send us your artwork for proof approval
4. Approve costs and proof
5. Sit back, relax, and let the Team @ Affinity Bag do the rest

Pick the specific bag you would like prices on. You can look at our custom bag portfolio for ideas and quote specific custom printed and sized bags you see or you can specify exactly what you require for the project.

Simply fill out the quote form and submit for a quote or give us a call @ 888 240 4610 and one of our custom bag specialists will guide you through the process.

An Affinity Bag custom bag specialist will get your custom bag quote to you or respond with additional questions that may be needed to get you the prices you need, when you need them.

Once you approve the prices, artwork should be submitted to artwork@affinitybag.com. If email is not possible you can FTP or mail a CD. Please see the Art Specs section for instructions.

When we receive your artwork one of our artists will create a PDF mock up for your approval. Also at this point in the process your custom bag order will be written up and checked for accuracy.

Once we have verified that everything looks correct on our side we will email you 3 documents;

a sales order
mock up
and a terms and conditions page.

We require all 3 of the above documents to be signed and sent back to us before we can proceed with the order. They can be faxed back to 631 995 8900 or scanned and emailed to orders@affinitybag.com (or e-mailed to your salesperson directly if preferred). Please note we are not able to proceed with your custom printed and/or sized bag order without the signed approvals.

After receipt of your approvals your order will be scheduled for production.
